Emby App won't stay logged in.

Any idea why a user would need to log in every time they open the app? My users are all using Emby connect and I'm personally not experiencing this issue. It seems to be device agnostic as it's occurring on a LG TV, iPad, iPhone, and Android phone. I recently had to restore my server to an old backup that has the same server ID. Could this be causing an issue? Any help would be appreciated. 

I'm running 4.9.1.23 beta and this does not seem to be happening across the board.

When you say you’re not having the issue, are you signing in with Emby Connect?

We're actually both signing in with Emby connect.

Perhaps the server is unreachable when they first start the app? That could cause it to bounce back to server selection.

I don't believe that is the case. This is repeatable. They'll open the app, login, and immediately close the app. Reopening will re-trigger the login sequence.
