How to change an actor's name to Chinese

Hello!
How to change Chinese for movie actors who are English. Currently, all film and television actors are in English! The newly added movies and TV shows only display Chinese names if the actors have already been searched, unless the actors are missing.
At present, deleting metadata and searching again is still in English, and searching for actors separately is still in English.

Hello!
Currently, only TheMovieDb metadata retriever is enabled. Observing that the newly added actors in the database are in Chinese, it indicates that the database cannot be updated (the old actor data is in English). It has nothing to do with that metadata retriever, it's just that actor information cannot be updated.

Delete metadata and refresh metadata to still have English names! Tested, as long as the actor has other works, no matter how they refresh, it won't work. You can tell the problem by looking at the data structure, it has nothing to do with the movie metadata. All are references!!!
Then I also tested that entering the actor page from the movie and refreshing the metadata for the actors was useless. When searched in Chinese, the obtained name is also in English.
