Audio passthrough & 2 hdmi

Hi

Is there a way to have both primary and secondary screen change refresh rate? 

The reason is that I would like to enable audio passthrough, but my setup is using screen 1 for video and screen 2 for audio as my tv doesn't support e-arc. The problem with passthrough is that it requires the same hertz otherwise the playback will stutter.  I could probably use vdrop or resample, but it will also impact quality. I prefer the other solution with both screens changes refreshrate.

I would like to hear the sound in atmos/Object based sound. My understanding is that atmos consist of regular DD5.1 and the objectbased sound. I want the full experience.
