And this is the actual listing (may need to manually shift hours to match PT): https://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/en/tv/

Verified that the channel shows what the NHK site shows, and not what the guide shows.

Guessing this is an upstream source issue, and not Emby's problem - maybe a ping on the source to see if they can get things right again?

Is your USA Zip Code 63873?

I could not find channel KBTCDT2 in the OTA Guide for this zip code

Could you go to Server Settings / Live TV and tell me what the lineup identifier is for the Emby Guide Data

So you enter the zip code as WA63873 rather than 63873 when setting up the Live TV DVR guide data?

and what is the name of the guide that you select for Zip Code WA63873

And please let me know your actual city and US Zip code and timezone

Zip code is 98007, but that maps to USA-WA63873-X.  Time zone is Pacific time zone.

I have compared the schedule for part of the 21st September (between 00:00 PDT and 14:55) and there are 13 mismatches with the programs listed on https://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/en/tv/ with 40 out of the 53 correct. 

I have referred it to Gracenote. It may take longer than normal to progress because it involves a third party - this being an Xfinity lineup

The following were the times where the guide had an incorrect program  in my checks for part of the 21st September schedule

@Revenent The schedule for the channel has been recreated by Gracenote. You may need to clear the cache in Emby to allow a guide refresh to get the new data

Emby Server caches data for 24 hours so depending on when the last refresh that fetched data was run and the time gracenote fixed the issue, you may need to clear the cache.

You can also avoid using the cache by changing the number of the days for the guide in Server Settings / Live TV / Advanced. By changing the number, the requests

 will change and would not use the cache

So in Server Settings / Live TV / Advanced, change the number of days for downloaded guide data and save.

Then click on Setup and then Refresh Guide Data

At the end of that, put the number of days back to the previous value. You can get a maximum of 14 days of guide data - the actual days may vary for different channels
