How to add Manage LiveTV to a user

I am the admin on a emby server and I use to be able to delete TV sources with the 3 dots, so how that has gone and I can no longer delete them, I created a new users but don't seem to have any of the options to allocate that right, and the new user who is enable to manage the server can't do it either, I can go in and change settings but not delete - help  V4.8.11.0

HI, in user permissions, please ensure that the user has both admin rights and rights to manage live tv.
