I’ve tried restarting my machine. I am not an experienced user and a friend of mine. Who’s an IT professional that sadly I no longer have contact with set this all up for me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I’m very addicted to using my server. I do recall sometime back the software giving me a message that I needed to restart. The server is the only thing I can remember.

It's right in the link I gave you, but I will copy paste the instructions in case that helps:

Emby Server Logs

Logs can be accessed directly within the server's web interface by navigating to Advanced -> Logs.

If you're having difficulty using the web interface, log files can be found in the logs subfolder of the Emby Server Data Folder .
