Duplicate Groups Tags for Collections

Not sure if this a feature or not, but is there a way to add a tag to a video , and then a collection is created based of that tag?

Example I have Movie 1 Tag Pg13, and Movie 2 tag pg13   A collection called Family Movies , that is set to add any movie that has the tag pg13 ?
