MAc OSX problems

Hi

I recently got a new MacBook Air (M4 processor) and reinstalled Emby as my last MacBook died. The library on my external HD shows up fine and most of the films now have a thumbnail but when I click into a file there's no metadata on film length, file size etc - and also none of my files will play on my TV. I have an Emby Premiere subscription and it shows as being active. 

Anyone any ideas what could be wrong? The video files are fine I've played them manually with VLC on my Mac.
