Back button (ESC key) issue

Now, pressing the Back button or ESCape key in Theater (3.0.20)  stops playing the video even when setting is set to "Keep playing in the background" (see below)
The playback controls are still visible at the bottom of the screen, but clicking on any of them do nothing
I noticed that stops working recently

Please, fix and while at it, if you could fix also to prevent the ESC key closing Emby on the main screen, that would be great
To close Emby should be done by clicking on the upper-right X of the app or ALT-F4 but not the ESCape key
