Using "Identify" for proper matching.

I have the 3 episode mini-series of the tv show V. 

Full title is V: The Final Battle (1984) 

Emby brings it up as the show V from 1984-1085 with 19 episodes which is incorrect. 

I tried to use identify to match it but it reverts back to the incorrect match. 

I have tried matching using imdb & tvdb id numbers but it won't change. 

Is there a way to force it to use the IMDB id?

OP, I had the same issue:

 

Was advised at the time to use TVDB as default, even though it wasn't the 1st choice in the metadata provider search list, I am not sure if they have fixed the order yet

@dcookthe order can be whatever you want it to be, based on what media you have. Generally tvdb is recommended, but there is no universal right or wrong order.
