Lazarus_Long 80 Posted September 10, 2025 Posted September 10, 2025 So I know you can restrict users to 4K content by creating a different library or keeping 4K files in a different folder. However, that breaks the ability to having different versions in the same folder. I know you can use Tags, but I don't see how to tag an individual file (the built-in metadata editor doesn't support that). So is there a way using one of the other editors to set a tag for an individual file? Then I can keep the content combined which is the preferred method. Thanks!
Luke 42077 Posted September 10, 2025 Posted September 10, 2025 Hi, your best bet is probably a separate folder added to the same library.

I actually have them in a different folder and figured out how to use the manual grouping function to combine them. Then I removed the 4K folder from the user's access and that did what I needed. I know there's auto-grouping tools but this worked good enough for what I need. Edited September 10, 2025 by swallman 1 1
