It has a "GO" button but that isn't selectable or pressable. If I log into my account (which is associated with the email address that Emby was purchased using), no such issue. How do I resolve this? P.

What happens when you re-install the app while your wife is logged in?

I tried uninstalling it, then reinstalling it. I get the exact same issue. BUT I tried with my gamepad rather than my remote control, and that got me past the "Ready to launch" dialog. No idea why it doesn't respond to my remote (which works with Emby otherwise). P. 1
