Also experiencing out of sync video and audio across random files that were fine before on Apple TV. Retsarted server, no help.

Did you have the same issue and this fixed it? Because everything worked fine with this setting activated as it was before

Yes, I had this issue before and this was the fix. Never had the issue since. There is a lot of posts on Reddit about this exact issue.
