Sent new logs (opened two tv shows and 1 movie ) and attached logs from Server

Yes music but no video theme and no backdrop

Okay, those are actually episode detail screens.  If you bring up the Series detail screen, does the backdrop show there?

Nope same , black screen with theme music

@HairyBizRatperhaps if you give us screenshots of your exact file and folder layout for Tulsa King it will shed some light.

Yes everything on this Roku Hisense tv , no backdrops at all anymore

Is the "backdrops" folder marked hidden in your system settings?

Backdrops folder was hidden for some reason, not sure if that’s normal as the Them plugin created those,  and the image on the left shows tensile inside which is “theme.mkv”

Yes , if you look a few posts up @ebrhad me send in the logs which I did 

 

the one thing @ebrasked when I shared the folder structure was the backdrops folder hidden and windows shows it as a hidden folder. Is that correct? I didn’t create it , the theme plugin did and it works on every other platform and tv but I unhide the folder for Tulsa king and still no change bit then I went to episode 2 and the backdrop loaded

@ebrshould the backdrops folder be "hidden" or not? They were created by the theme plugin but looks like they are hidden is that normal

I honestly cannot fathom why it would make a difference only to the Roku app but I've seen weird things in the past.

Unless you say it is fixed after unhiding that folder, I'm thinking the themes are a red herring and something else in the configuration is causing the problem - especially since no one else appears to be seeing it.

It’s weird , I unhid the backdrops folder in Tulsa king.

I open season 3 episode 1 and it’s just black still no backdrop but then I clicked on episode 2 and the backdrop loaded. I then went back to episode 1 and it loaded as well.

 

if I had to unhide the backdrops folders for every show and movie it would take forever and th theme plugin would just create the hidden folder for new content

Disregard the “hidden folder” thing as I changed the folder for backdrops on Tulsa king back to hidden and it performed the same. 
 

its weird as even the continue watching thumbnails , some shows had the proper meta one and others just have what looks like a clip from the show like a chapter. 
 

For Tulsa King if I open episode 2 th backdrop is black. If I then go to series and then episode 3 I see the backdrop and if I then go back to episode 2 it loads the backdrop. But once I get out of Tulsa King it’s all black again 

 

i have no idea what’s going on except as soon as I purchased , installed the theme plugins and downloaded them I then lost thumbnails on some shows and backdrops on all on this Hisense Roku TV hit all other TVs are fine. Which is annoying as this tv is the man tv in my living room.
