No hardware transcoding on intel core ultra 255H

Does emby not support transcoding on intel core ultra cpu yet? I have no hardware transcoding on my new 255h (asus nuc 15 pro plus). I tried running emby directly in an lxc and also in a docker container. Everything was working perfectly on my prior 13420H mini pc. After migrating to the 255H, there is no hardware transcoding. Attached is a screenshot. I have the gpu passed through to the lxc via /dev/dri/card0 and /dev/dri/renderD128. I then have the device passed through to emby just like it was on the 13420H with /dev/dri:/dev/dri being passed to the container. No matter how I install emby, there seems to be no hardware transcoding being recognized.

Is there something else I need to do for this particular cpu?

It's a general error because the drivers are not updated in emby:

@zofielThank you so much for your response! That seems to explain it. I might try switching over to plex or jellyfin since someone mentioned those are working. Hopefully emby can figure this out soon. I also tried the beta version that was mentioned and it still wasn't working.

You’ve been saying this for months and there’s no update in sight! Do you have a timeframe or at least an explanation for what “near future” means?

thanks I ended up on this post, I'm just cancelling my order for a new pc I intended to use as emby server because my old processor doesn't hardware transcode x265, looks like the new one wasn't ready for x264 either ...

Hi @Lukei've seen in the changelog of the last versions "Update embedded Intel drivers" is it related ? Are core ultra now supported ?

I can't, I don't have any core ultra computer, I'd like to buy one to replace my really old i5 but would like to be sure it's gonna work first
