I have a movie in English and I have the dubbed audio in Spanish. How do I get it into Emby?

After scanning the library, nothing shows up. I don’t know what to do.

So you just have the audio track by itself? I don't think external audio tracks are supported currently but I found some reference that it's supported in 4.9 which is still in beta. Your best bet is to mux it into the existing MKV, or create a separate one.
