Accelerated video issue on FireTV

I have a FireTV MAX, and with some movies at minute 35:47, the video becomes completely accelerated while the audio remains normal. I also tried re-encoding the video in case it was the codec, but it still has the same problem.

Can you help me?

Hmm is this the movie you are having issues with

You got a bad download probably a cam / screener where timing is off

Try again when you buy the real physical media and rip it.

Thank for suggestion ..but same movie on phone or tablet run well

Hi, one thing you can do is use the app settings to force server transcoding on avi files. This should resolve it.
