Caascada 0 Posted August 31, 2025 Posted August 31, 2025 I'd like to request a feature with rotating theme song playback when viewing an info page of a movie or series. What I mean by this is that if you have 3 tracks in the /theme-music sub folder it would start playing the next track in order from what it started playing last time you visited the item. So if the previous time you displayed the info page, it played "song2", then starting to play song3, it would this time start playing "song3". The time after that, "song1" and so on. I like that it starts playing the next track in the order if you stay on the info page long enough but you almost never do and thus you almost never get to hear the other tracks if you have a couple of good ones. Having this feature would help in keeping the overall experience a bit more fresh. At least for me it would. I searched the feature request forum for a while and couldnt find that this have been requested previously. I did find a feature request of looping the theme track from 2019, but that was just pertaining the the same single track. I also came across a duplicate thread for the same feature request where someone also added that theyd like a random start playback of theme song which I also would be ok with but personally I would prefer if it would just cycle through to the next track in the order of succession. If there is a post requesting this exact feature and I missed it I apologize.
