Export Emby metadata including IMDB links?

I want to create a list of my movies and export it. So I've installed the Reports plugin and am testing it.

My main goal is to make a list of movies and corresponding IMDB hyperlinks. But the Reports plugin doesn't have hyperlinks as an exportable field. Is this possible and I'm just missing it?

Need to do the same thing for TV shows.

Hi, that is correct. There is no function for this at this time, although it's not a bad idea to add.

I used to use the Reports plugin for stuff like this, but it's really not Emby's main job and I kept wasting Luke's time with requests. I switched to Tiny Media Manager, which I recommend. It can read Emby's .NFO files and do lots of reporting-type stuff.

Hi, could you please explain how exactlly do you use Tiny Media Manager with your Emby server? You server is running on a Windows machine? It seems very interesting for me, thank you.

Sure, what exactly do you want to know? I'm actually running Emby on Linux but TMM is Java and should run on any platform.

There are several people on here that use TMM; you could also post in the "Third party apps" section if you have questions.

Thanks for your quick reply!

I can see here https://www.tinymediamanager.org/features/ the list of things it can do.
What particularly interests me:

Apart from the fact that it understands information from .nfo files,
1. Can it automatically rename movies and TV shows according to a predefined rule?
2. Can it download trailers itself and place them in the folders where the movies and TV shows are located?

That's why I asked you what you do with it. Perhaps there are other features you use that are very useful.

Yes to both.

I use it mainly for cataloging, so I can tell which movies I only have in SD or which ones don't have FLAC audio, things like that. It also lets you rate movies and TV shows, which Emby can't do for some reason.

If I remember correctly that's a paid premium feature.

Great. Even if it's a premium feature, it's worth it.
