New media not being autmatically imported into Emby library

OS: Ubuntu 22.04
Emby Version: 4.8.11.0

Hi everyone, recently my Emby server has stopped automatically importing new media added to the library, the only way to get it to "recognise" new media appears to be to perform a full library scan, which isn't ideal. I haven't made any recent changes so I'm not 100% sure why this is happening. I've read online about inotify limits and searching the logs for "librarymonitor" but can't see anything amiss. I've attached my server logs for assistance in debugging this issue.

Might need to enable debug logging and also try to capture a time when new media is added.

Ah, I thought I already had it on debug! I'll do that, it may also be enough for me to figure it out on my own.
