Guide data and schedule recordings disappeared

Last night everything looked perfect.  Today, half the TV guide data is missing and all the scheduled recordings are missing (had pages full).  Don't know if related, but we did have an Internet outage this morning.  I've refreshed the guide, rebooted Emby and the box.  No joy.  The HDHR tuner is still tuning.  How can I get everything back?

hi, please try refreshing the guide data. If that doesn't help then please attach the emby server log from when you did that. Thanks.

I don't know how to answer.  I told you what I know.  Refreshing the guide didn't do anything.  This morning things look back to normal.
