GPU acceleration - Transcodage qui ne fonctionne pas correctement

Bonjour,

Après avoir cherché sur le forum, je soumets mon soucis ici car je n'ai pas trouvé de solution.
J’ai un serveur Windows, I7-8700K, 32 Go de RAM, Full SSD (OS et données). Le serveur est équipé d’une carte réseau 2,5 Go, un switch 10 Go, d’un NAS 10 Go avec cache SSD. Les fichiers sont sur le NAS.
J’ai une licence Emby Premiere à vie.
Si je n’active pas l’accélération matérielle, aucun problème de lecture quel que soit le type et le format du fichier mais j’ai un CPU à 80%
J’ai donc installé un GTX1060 6gb avec les derniers pilotes Nvidia. Je peux donc choisir les décodeurs matériels dans les paramètres emby.
J’ai tout essayé, les différentes options, mis un cache sur un SSD séparé, réduit le débit, rien n'y fait. Sur un fichier 4K H265 HEVC par exemple, la lecture n’est pas saccadée mais il y a un écran noir, ça revient puis à nouveau écran noir, l'image revient et cela toutes les 2 secondes jusqu’à avoir le message suivant : « Aucun flux compatible n’est actuellement disponible. Réessayez ultérieurement ou contactez votre administrateur système pour plus d’informations. »
J’espère que quelqu'un va pouvoir m'aider. (Je mets des logs)

@Hoedus hi, are you still having an issue with this? Have you updated to Emby server 4.9?

Hi Luke, thanks for checking in.
I upgraded my server and updated emby to the latest version.
For you to be the environment, Core i7-8700, ram 64G, GTX 1660 Super and Windows server 2025.
No more hardware transcoding problems everything works on 4K movies.
On the other hand I have another problem but it is not very serious. This problem I only meet under Edge.
When launching an HD series episode, the episode does not launch if the video rate is on auto. If I change it manually, it starts.

Most likely a problem with the edge video player. It works using the quality setting because that is having the server transcode.

What you can do instead is keep the quality setting on default. Then, whenever you run into this problem, use the playback correction button in the video player, and this will provide a way to force the transcode without having to change the quality setting.
