1st time Setup / Log-in failed

I just signed up today .
tried to log into the web portal , and it fails (password rejected)
1,000% sure the credentials are correct. 

Is it asking for my Synology, or Emby log in info?
tried both, no luck.

Yes, but I know the Log-In credentials ..
 
Also, on a Synology NAS , you can not access /var/ directory from the DSM interface. 
How do you access /var/ to retrieve ?

The emby server appears to be named "Synology"

The sign-in is to the local Emby Server user account that you created when installing Emby Server

Would need to be through an ssh connection - eg using Putty or WinSCP
