Tuner Not Found

Hi,

I have some IPTV channels that I can get to play on VLC, they previously played on Emby but not are reporting "Tuner Not Found." I have attached my server log. Please let me know if you need additional info. Thank you.

 

*****UPDATE: I saw online (Yes I actually searched before but didn't see this answer) to refresh the guide. So doing that now. I will let you know. Thank you.

Could see if enabling debug logging on the emby server gives some clues for this error

so please enable debug logging, restart the server to get fresh logs created and repeat the test. And as IP Addresses are probably relevant to the issue, suggest getting the raw embyserver.txt log rather than download a santized file. So after you reproduce the problem with debug logging, copy this file out

C:\Users\donmo\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\logs\embyserver.log

and send it to me by Private Message

Also details of the iptv configuration setup in emby server
