How do I find and contact my server person

I no longer have the original email when I signed up for Emby. I cannot reset my password and I will not be able to get a password reset with the old email. How do I contact the person who has my server it would be contact.Emby before and was told that I needed to contact the person who signed me up

Emby is made for local user's use and possibly adding friends and family only.  It is not condoned for a user subscription service.  I believe this goes against the agreement and is not supported, as far as I know.  You should have a direct personal contact with the admin in charge and you should really not be paying anything for the service.  You may setup Emby on your own computer / server and host your own media.  You would then be the admin and have control over access.

One I am no longer paying for the service. I am just trying to get it where I can reset my password so I can be on emby connect that I can actually log into my emby without losing it. Yes this was for family and friends and as I said before, I no longer have the old email address so I’m trying to figure out how do I get in contact with the person who has my server that’s it

If you want access to someone else's server, you need to contact them.  If you were paying and have stopped, what answer do you expect...

If you are not running the server yourself, it is not "your Emby".

OK, maybe we’re not understanding exactly what I’m asking for. I got embythrough a friend. I paid for a lifetime membership. I have a server. I no longer have the email address that I used to reset my password that is specifically to when I signed up …. What  I’m looking for to get in contact with a person who is providing me the server so that maybe I can send them a new email and they can reset my emby account. so hopefully that clears it up purchased my MB through a family friend. I’ve had it for years, but I’m no longer able to have access to my account because the email that I used to set it up with no longer exist hoping somebody can understand this and help me out

It's still between you and your friend - it has nothing to do with Emby (who merely provide the software your friend is using).

Hi, where did you sign up? How did you learn about the server you connected to in the first place?

This is friends and family not a subscription service. I don’t think it would be this difficult to fix

It's not hard - just contact the right people.  Emby and this forum are not the right people, as they have no contact whatsoever with the server your friend/family is running.  Emby does not run servers as a service (and people who use their software that way are breaking the terms and conditions for using the software).  Presumably the family friend you alluded to set you up with one of these unauthorised services - you'll have to ask them how to find it.

tldr: you were sold a pup and now it's dead.

If it’s your server you can reset access locally.  This involves using your username and not your Emby connect email… if you don’t have local access then it’s probably not your server…
