Markn2024 0 Posted August 23, 2025 Posted August 23, 2025 My account has been disabled, no idea why. I only have one device on it but it did say something about exceeding the limit before. How can it see my one tv as over 100 devices and then deactivate or suspend my account? can someone help and re enable it.

I presume you are using someone else's server, in which case you should contact the owner of the server. This website is about the software itself, and has no relationship to anyone offering media streaming. Paul
Happy2Play 9780 Posted August 23, 2025 Posted August 23, 2025 Or you have exceeded your Premiere device limit and have to wait for a device to fall off the active list so your device can reacquire a Premiere slot. There is no way to control what devices utilize a premiere slot on your Emby Server.
