Is that the email address and password that she setup??  If so, it does not work.

Please pardon my ignorance.  It is hard to help someone remotely, when I don't even know what I am doing.  I have to trust that they know what password they used, and they are not even sure.

I don't think I assigned a password.  I assigned the user name "kara12", is that what she should use when she is trying to setup her client??

Not if the user is attempting to sign in with Emby Connect, which is what Luke was asking. Emby Connect credentials come from the online portal (this forum) when creating an account.

If you want her to sign in using Emby Connect (so that you don't need to provide her your server details) then she would use the credentials that she created when registering here (https://emby.media/community/index.php?/register/)

This would be an email address + the password she chose.
