cannot connect to new media server over WAN

I changed over to a new media server recently. i could connect to the previous media server over wan via emby connect without issue. with my new computer i have only been able to connect over wan once and i do not know why. to me this suggests a problem with some setting on the new computer rather than a router issue as nothing about the router has changed to my knowledge. both servers are running the latest version of linux mint. log file below

yes, but have you updated your router port forwarding config to point to the new computer's local IP address? You may have gotten lucky that one time with uPnP, but it's often unreliable. Please see: Connecting from Client Apps

Also please attach the full server log file rather than just a text snippet, thanks.

that is the entire log. it seemed superfluous to upload it as a file but here you go. regarding port forwarding configuration, as far as i can tell my isp no longer allows users to forward ports. EDIT: i found the port forwarding menu, it was very much hidden on a phone app that i never use. will update after fiddling with that.

Since i cant edit again i am only doubleposting to report that the problem is resolved and port forwarding solved the issue. i also figured out how to reserve my media servers ip but i dont know if that helped with this particular issue, just adding that information for anyone reading this in the future.
