The scroll issue that was mentioned has been resolved for the next set of app updates.

Can confirm, on my phone too and not just the Android app, but the webapp as well.

1. Visit app.emby.media
2. Open media with info
3. Click "info"
4. UI hides after +/- 3 seconds

It does it in the Web Client as well.

Seems to be an inherrant bug.

This is still happening even in recent beta builds across all mobile apps. when is this really annoying little bug going to get smashed?

Is this while you are actively scrolling with your finger?

No. This is when I am reading the info description or viewing cast. For it to timeout and disappear while I may potentially be reading is just bad UX to be honest... The Windows app does it right with a simple down arrow to minimize

The timeout needs to be removed, and left up to the user to close off the infomation.

I don't understand why this change is so trivial to the Emby team. Over a dozen users across multiple forum posts have agreed that this is a problem. This is just straight up bad user experience. Every user on my server that reports this behavior describes it as a "bug" because it doesn't make sense.

I understand the timeout for playback controls, but for the timeout to exist on screens that the user needs to stay on for an unknown amount of time to READ makes ZERO sense.

I have yet to hear a single good argument from the Emby team as to why this makes sense from a UX perspectives.

Why does the Windows app let you choose when to minimize when the other platforms don't? Don't say anything about mobile vs desktop experience, that's irrelevant here.
