Media problem on interface

Hello, my Emby hasn't shown me my media for 3 days. Nothing is displayed in the media library anymore. It finds the folders without any problem, but when I click OK to add them, it shows me this: An error occurred while adding the media path. Please verify that the path is valid and that the Emby server process can access it. Same problem in scheduled tasks. What should I do?

If I need to reinstall it, can I transfer user accounts so I don't lose what users have viewed?
