Reinstalled emby, no more remote access

Hi!

I've reinstalled my Emby server and I try to setup again Emby connect for remote playing. With no luck!

If I add my user to EC the server on my ios app appear 192.168.x.y, I can access via web browser to emby.mydomain.com flawlessy (with or without port, the DDNS is handled by cloudflare).

I remember that the first time I've got a working connection the server in the app was 192.168.x.y but from outside I was able to access, even without a VPN

Help me please!!

Maaaaaybe solved: modified the CNAME record in Cloudflare from proxied to DNS
