Two files with the same season and episode

Hello,
How can I use Emby to view two files with the same season and episode?
I use Filebot and I added "Part1" and "Part2" to the title of both files.


I don't want to use software that combines the two files.
I've seen that some have a function in Emby to avoid merging the two files, but I don't have anything.

Can you help me?

hi, multi-part episodes are not currently supported. I'm sure we'll get to it at some point but for the best experience possible I would suggest joining the files.

That is an admin feature.

Where have you looked?  The bottom of any media page just like image you posted.

Do you have MediaInfo Disable on the account?  With the option disabled the media info is not show for admin account.

I've disabled the feature.
However, both parts aren't recognized by Emby.
Would you like me to privately share a download link from my Synology NAS so you can test it?

What makes you think they are not recognized? In your first post, you showed a picture of the series screen.

Try clicking on the episode to go into the episode screen. From there you should see the two versions.

My apologies, I just realized.
You have to go to "the episode" to see "extra part."

 

I need to see how it displays on Emby TV Android.

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

I can try yes, but I find that Emby for android does not work very well compared to Emby for Android TV.

I'm going to give it a try. What I meant was that I find the app not suitable for use with a remote control; I find it more complicated.

I will test the use of the application over several days. I'm a little off topic, but isn't there a setting to use Emby for Android from your TV and use your remote control?
