sfatula 207 Posted August 11, 2025 Posted August 11, 2025 I have some conversions running in docker container, and, I'd like to know if you do not fill in the temporary file path, where does the work take place? I looked in temporary folders, they are not there. Transcoding folder, not there. What is the file path used by default? This will tell me if I care and if I want to assign a different path. If it's within the docker container somewhere, that's actually perfect.
Solution Happy2Play 9780 Posted August 11, 2025 Solution Posted August 11, 2025 (edited) Have looked at the transcode file for a conversion? But looks like the sync folder 23:47:15.707 Stream mapping: 23:47:15.708 Stream #0:0 (h264_qsv) -> vpp_qsv:default (graph 0) 23:47:15.708 vpp_qsv:default (graph 0) -> Stream #0:0 (h264_qsv) 23:47:15.708 Stream #0:2 -> #0:1 (dts (dca) -> aac (native)) 23:47:15.708 Stream #0:1 -> #0:2 (copy) 23:47:15.708 Press [q] to stop, [?] for help 23:47:16.105 Output #0, mp4, to 'C:\Users\Media\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\sync\6\8\8a22d78f-bd69-4335-ac8c-b0a45872156c.mp4': But yes this would be good info to have on the page or in the KB for default locations.
