What tuners are supported by the Premier Version?

I have not used EMBY for a while, due to a lightning strike that killed all my hardware.  I am building a new setup and need to get a TV Tuner, USB style.  What tuners are supported natively and what tuners are recommended?

At present HDHomeRun (network cable) is recommended, and Hauppauge (PCIe or USB) is also supported - but for that WinTV must be installed, and (I think) running.

The next beta (that's to say, after the release of 4.9) is expected to contain a complete rewrite of the TV code, which will support widely used standards.
