Titles super slow to load on AppleTV app

Hi,

I've been using Emby with the AppleTV app for several years. Previously (I think before the v 4.8 changes) when I'd view either TV Shows or Movies on the AppleTV Emby app, the app would load everything pretty much instantaneously. I could use the alphabetic menu list on the side to quickly get to what I was looking for.

For awhile now, that's changed. The AppleTV app will take forever to load all the titles and it stops loading regularly. This is not hyperbole, it will take 2-3 minutes to be able to get the list to load. The app will load part of an alphabetical list then stop. I have to click down and it will load a few more lines of folders then stop. I have to repeat this probably 50 times to get everything to load.

I'm wondering how to improve this back to how it used to be. I know there are a few settings for preloading images or keeping images in the metadata folder. Is there anything like that that would help? Honestly, it's so frustrating to browse. This is across both TV & Movies. And I do miss having the alphabetical list on the right of the screen on the AppleTV app, too. 

Any tips or settings to fix this would be super helpful. Thanks!

@Lukeso you want the server logs? The problem is pretty much limited to the Emby  AppleTV app. Just making sure I get you the correct info. Thanks so much for your response.
