One Film Missing - The Guard 2011

I've had this film in my library for many months, and have watched it several times. 

I tried to play it today and it's completely disappeared from Emby...

The file is in its own folder (with some special features, the metadata file is present) alongside several other films (so it hasn't been deleted), and it's playable using VNC (so not corrupted as far as I can tell). It's also available in an old Plex installation 

It's not visible in either Library or Folder view - in folder view I can see the other films in the same folder.

I've run a library scan , still not visible. I checked TMDB and it's there under the same name (https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/67913-the-guard)

I have c450 films spread across 4 folders (separate drives), and so I'm not sure if any others are missing.

Any Ideas?

Hi Luke - thanks for the reply.

I took a closer look at the .nfo file - although it was correct previously, the metadata had changed to refer to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3  - which I don't own.... once I'd worked that out I re-ientified it in the UI and its now available.

I'm a little concerned as to how the identification changed without any input from me (any ideas on that one?), but I know now what to look for
