Art work not showing or being treated (cover art)

Having problems with my system and using the windows app.  I uninstalled cover srt but Luke helped me get it reinstall.  Unfornately the treat ment are not effecting my drive Home page shows up rith broken image links etc.  The libary cembyserver.txtovers on the Library page (artwork doesn't shoe) also.  Any suggestions I've included my config log.  Thank you.
