Confirmation emails for Emby Connect accounts are not received.

Hello friends, I'm from Colombia and today I want your help with a somewhat particular situation... since yesterday a cousin of mine has been trying to create an Emby Connect account and it has been impossible... the confirmation email doesn't arrive... we have already tried with Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail emails... and nothing... it never arrives

And I'm very curious because in the history of this forum I've seen how new users have been added in the last 24 hours, which tells me that it's not a general problem.

Help pleaseeee!!!
