Hello, when I enable theme videos under general settings it doesn't stick. If I open it in a different browser the setting is turned off again, how to fix this?

You can't "fix" it, that is per-client setting, it needs to be done/enabled once in each client, there's no global propagation.

If it doesn't stick in the same browser between sessions, something is probably clearing browsing data on exit (either browser setting or some addon).

Which server version, which browser? Have no issues on Edge, Chrome, Chromium or Firefox.

Not sure what is the default setting for Theme songs (On or Off), Theme videos default is Off. Try disabling Theme songs and check whether state sticks?

They seem to stick if I enable them separately on chrome and edge. So each user will have to enable them. Is there a css I can input that will make them stay enabled for all users?

Not that I know of - nor do I reckon that would be feasible via custom CSS, only by hacking some js/config file.

Also it's not a user setting. It is an app setting. You might want it on or off for certain screens, so that's why it has to be configured independently for each app.
