Punctuation position with Hebrew subtitles

Hello folks and Good evening,
I notice an issue with the punctuation accross all the android TV apps I use with Hebrew subtitles.
All the other platforms I tested is working correctly. (LG, Samsune, Apple TV, IOS, Infuse)
So When I playing any movie/tv show useing the lastesd Android TV app (AndroidTv 2.1.23g Or Emby for Android 3.4.74) with SRT next to the media file with .heb, the punctuation is not showing correctly.
But when using the SUBRIP in Hebrew that comes with the media file, the punctuation is showning correctly. 

Please See the attached photos.

- I tried to play with "Allow subtitle font extraction on the fly" and "Allow subtitle extraction on the fly" and no luck.

- Tried to change from SRT to SUBrip while playing but no luck.

Seems that a similar issue was presented in this forum back then and update to the app needed:

I will approciate any help or suggestion with this.
