Folders not found on server.

Please help,

I am struggling with my Alexa smart speakers and getting my server to connect to my smart speaker and frankly it’s driving me insane. I start by saying “Alexa, launch Emby” it then asks what I want to do and I would reply “play…” and the speaker responds with  “The requested media is not found in the library.” I know that the files are on the server as I can play over other devices such as my iPad, phone, laptop, micro pc which hosts my server, it’s only the smart speakers that won’t work as I like. On the server I have a part for music, a part for movies and a part for episodic television media. Obviously I can only use a smart speaker for the music but I just don’t know how to get around it. I installed Emby as a replacement for Plex and Plex pass as Plex wasn’t all of hope it could be. 
 

i am trying to do everything possible to have all my music collection, movies and dvd based tv programs on my server but unless I can get this smart speaker working it will never be what I want it to be, has anyone else had similar problems and did it get resolved?
