Volume Leveling Feature Request

On my Windows PCs, I use a program called: Sound Lock to level the volume.

Sound Lock allows you to easily set the sound output limit at the desired level and enjoy your movie without having to adjust the volume manually during loud scenes. Soundlock App - 3 APPES

It's free and works great.  I have asked several Android App developers about creating one for Android TV, but after several tries, I ultimately learned that an app can control its own volume, but not the general TV Volume or the Volume of other apps.

What I think this means is that you would have to build this feature into the Emby player that loads when I play a video on my android TV. This would be such an AWESOME feature if you could add it.

The Windows app is FREE. Please try it on a Windows PC that is viewing an action movie through a loud sound system and your neighbors will love you when the walls don't rattle when they switch from dialogue to explosions. It also helps when you use Emby to sleep and the programs you run have varying volume levels. I can crank it up for the soft shows and it won't get too loud when the loud shows play.
