Move my Emby data to my other NAS HDD

I have Emby running on my DS223j NAS. It is updated to the latest version of Emby and all working fine. I do not use a RAID config in my NAS.

The problem is that one of my NAS volumes is filling up while the other is basically doing nothing. There are 2 8tb drives in my NAS.

So I wanted to move my Emby files to the empty volume in my NAS to balance out the storage over both my drives. How can I go about moving this data without totally screwing up my NAS?
