Emby App Takes Too Long to Load Videos — Need Help Analyzing Logs

Hello,

When I try to play videos using an Emby client app, the playback either fails or takes a very long time to load. However, when I access Emby through the web interface, the videos play normally without any delay.

Could you please help me check the Emby logs to see what might be causing this issue?

Hi, what example are we looking at here? What client app?
