No compatible streams are currently available

I'm having the same issue. TV Shows work great, and primary movies work fine, though second parts and special features flag the "no compatible streams" message. Most recently, my mom was trying to watch the second part of Gone with the Wind and it flagged that error for her. Any help?

Hi @mikethesill please attach the main Emby server log as well. Thanks.

Hi,

I had that problem when the media was missing, but the folder with the name of the show was present. It's like Emby created a preview, even if the media file was not there.

@mikethesillwhat @AndreiPsays. The times I had this issue was either when the server was being kooky and needed a restart or when (external) drives were disconnected.

The previews are stored in the database so that might be why they stick around, even if the media is no longer there.

Have you tried checking your drives or restarting the server? You might also want to run a "scan" for that library, perhaps files were moved and Emby didn't catch up to that.

@mikethesillare you sure your SMB share is available?

I've set the SMB Share Permissions to Allow, but I'm not sure how to check if the SMB share is available? I did restart the server, and it's behaving the same way. Part 1 and Part 2 of Gone with the Wind are both sitting within the Gone with the Wind folder. Part 1 plays just fine, but Part 2 doesn't. Both files are perfectly fine, and playable outside of Emby.
