How to get the correct poster with Versions

I just discovered that you can store different versions in the same folder and then pick them from the Dropdown.  However, I don't understand how Emby picks the Primary/Poster.  I though that Emby would first search for and use the poster that was labelled the same as the movie folder.  That failing, it would at least populate with the newest version or default to <poster> or <folder>.

For instance, I have a folder that is labelled "Amadeus (1984).  The files inside this folder look like the screenshot.  For some reason, Emby always seems to default to anything but the one I desire.

Can someone give me a heads up on how Emby picks the Primary so that I can streamline my workflow?

Hi, there is no way to control which one you'll see so you might as well set them all to be the same.

So it is just set to randomly pick the image file that roughly fits pre-established dimensions?

No, currently the version that you see is arbitrary, so that's why it's better to just give them all the same poster.
