How to reset password (localhost:8096 does not exist)

Hi, I bought a new TV and installed Emby on it. Unfortunately when I select "Select a User" it asks for a password which I don't remember. I checked the help section and it told me to go to http://localhost:8096 but when I visit it on my computer no such page exists.

 

Can anyone advise what steps I need to take?

Are you connecting to a server you run yourself, or to someone else's?

http://localhost:8096 has to be performed on the machine it's installed on.  From any other machine it would be http://ipaddressofserver:8096
