Subtitles are showing, on and off

During playback, it starts with subtitles.  After a while, it goes away, then return on it's own, resulting to missing key points in the movie.  This happens in a lot of shows, not just 1, different episodes.  How do I fix this?

How do I provide specific example?  Can you generate a embyserver text file while video is playing?  Or what do I need to provide?

While playback, since the issue is missing subtitles from time to time. It begins with subtitles, then, it disappers in the next few lines.  You have to return back a few minutes and the subtitle shows. This gives me the impression that it's not the subtitle that has the problem.  I can share the show name, and the subtitle.txt.
