Emby constant freeze on IOS device

I'm running in a issue wich I can seem to find. 

I'm running Emby on a dell R740 with an Quadro RTX 4000 with updated driver and everything.  When transcoding to lower resolution higher bandwith every media freeze on IOS but other device are  perfectly fine, any idea?

Here are the 2 log files, both error occuring multiple times between 18H13 PM and 18H15PM.

Transcoding was set at 1920x1080 20mbps
