Add proxy to backend menu

元数据目测应该是通过不同的插件来实现数据的刮削，恳请后台菜单里添加一个代理的菜单，菜单里可以让自主选择哪些插件使用代理，并提供保存代理配置，这样就可以解决刮削需要用到代理，主程序不使用代理的问题，现在广域网访问：http://代理IP:8096 不是本地公网IP 后台日志还有很多upnp报错日志

I don't see any request failures here. What domains require a proxy?
